Call handling issues on the platform
Resolved - Feilen som påvirket håndtering av samtaler, er nå løst. Samtaler fungerer som normalt igjen, og vi ser ikke lenger problemer med samtaler som brytes, ikke tilbys agenter eller tilbys samtidig. Vi beklager ulempene dette medførte.

The issue affecting call handling has been resolved. Calls are working normally again, and we are no longer seeing calls disconnecting, not being offered to agents, or overlapping call offers. We apologise for the disruption.

Disturbances in the Zisson Interact platform
Resolved - Following our own testing and verification with currently active users, we can confirm that the system is functioning as expected. Our service monitoring also shows normal operating levels again.

We are therefore marking the incident as resolved as of 01:54 CET on October 21. A detailed incident report (postmortem) will follow once our root cause analysis is complete.

Identified - We are currently experiencing platform issues affecting both incoming and outgoing calls. The system remains accessible, but call handling is disrupted.

Our team has been actively investigating the issue since 01:09 CET and is working to restore normal service as quickly as possible. This incident is being treated with the highest priority.
